| 19073 | 2001-09-19 09:35:00 | My machine freezes every minute or so for a couple of seconds as though it was panting up a hill and then carries on again after its rest. Everything stops then -the CD Rom, the mouse. I am using Windows 95 | Guest (0) | ||
| 19074 | 2001-09-19 13:31:00 | what programs have you got running including those in the background?? | Guest (0) | ||
| 19075 | 2001-09-19 22:56:00 | It does seem to do it whatever I am running. It has done it twice so far since I have started typing this. At the moment I have 3 IE5.5 windows open (on a dial-up line), Micrsoft Outlook 2000 and a download running. I usually also have at least one Office 2000 programme open too. In the background, I have Blackice, Explore, and these that I don't really know what they are: POWER SAVING, Txtlnvis, Rnaapp, Vettray, Systray, Vetmsg9x. Maybe some of those I should uninstall but I don't know which. Thanks Sally |
