I have two computers running Windows 7 and both belong to a Homegroup. From one computer I can access both computers and from the other I can’t access the other. It say's I don't have permission but I gave it everyone permission when I shared it. I can’t figure out why? |

double check the sharing settings, there have been a few threads on here about it, check for any threads with Wainui's answers |

Quick reply to try -- Click start, type in sharing - open manage advanced sharing, scroll down, turn off password protected sharing > save |

I don't use Homegroup, I find it causes more problems than it solves, especially if you have other machines not running Windows 7. |
