I went for an interview with a food production company in Tauranga last month, their website harps on about their Christian values, the owners are 'proper' Christians, kids go to god school, the whole lot. Very quietly, it was admitted that their biggest customer, over 60% of their business indeed, is Hell's Pizza. The very same place that Christian groups scream and shout about due to their questionable promotions and all round dodgy morals. Crumbed Camembert, made by the children of God and purchasable through the Devil's own outlets. At least it keeps a kind of balance I suppose. Wouldn't surprise me if it turns out that 'Christians' own the brothels - would suprise me even less if they were the biggest customers. |

I can only imagine that the people who object, fear that the brothels nearby may be affecting the morals of the children, although how that could possibly affect the children or the school escapes me. Perhaps it is, as you say, 12v, that brothels are okay as long as they're not near my school. And I don't think that the so called god-botherers are any louder than anyone else about brothels near schools. It seems to be an issue with any parent who has a child at one of these schools. But I think they have their priorities wrong. They should be more concerned about the level of education at their school rather than what type of business is situated nearby. |

I am young enough to remember that age when if you didn't know or understand what something was you didnt give a toss. My only concern would be what types of people such an institution would attract. Even so business hours aren't (usually) during school so I dont see a problem really |
