You left that impression but you did not say that all were the same. So can I assume that all lawyers that are involved in the Megaupload case are, in fact, greedy and parasitic?

I agree dropbox would be better but I still say that uploading file(s) from your hard drive to cloud storage without a backup has a peril that will become apparent later when the service stops.

You chose to interpret it that way. I wasn't limiting it to the Megaupload case. Any legal system dishing out sentences totally out of proportion to the crime is bound to be full of parasitic lawyers in my opinion. Only in America is downloading a song a bigger 'crime' than assault, burglary, {insert other henious crime here}.

I agree with your second point, but that doesn't justify the blatant, arrogant disregard for innocent users' data.
