| 1256027 | 2012-01-26 09:40:00 | Hi all I'm after some 500ml swing top bottles, amber or green, for home brewing. They are proving elusive. After anywhere between 4 doz and 24 doz depending on the price. The only ones I managed to find were $48 doz :horrified - I can buy a dozen grolsch for cheaper than that and tip that out then reuse the bottles! Failing the above if anyone has a source just for the swing top enclosures I would be interested and don't mind attaching them to standard 500ml bottles myself. Thanks. |

Myth - yep, already cruised all those forums and checked out others experiences - might be a last hope getting hold of one of those breweries. pctek - been keeping an eye on TradeMe - either the quantity isn't enough or the seller want's more for the empties than it would cost to buy them full and empty them myself ;) gary67 - looking like the most affordable solution! Zippity - yep - been in touch with them (and endeavour glass) but they don't have anything suitable or again they are more expensive than buying a dozen Grolsch from the offie.
