| 19333 | 2001-09-24 04:38:00 | In tidying-up a software installation on a PC it's ended up with TWO Windows folders:'Windows' with 166 files in 5 sub-folders, and 'Windows.000' with 3296 files in 181 sub-folders. Between the two, all necessary files seem to be there, with a few being duplicated. The PC seems to run OK but we're not happy about this weird re-arrangement, especially as we don't know the cause. Can it be corrected without a complete uninstal/re-build, & if so, how? Our 4 other PCs with identical software suites are OK. (SenNetHC) |
