| 19247 | 2001-09-22 12:44:00 | I can't open outlook express becose i get msimn illegal operation message. i have changed nothing it just happened when i try to open the prog. has ne 1 had this happen to them or does ne 1 know how to fix this with out losing my contacts and messages. thanking you in advance :) plz don't just tell me to get another program or format drive, i would like to fix the problem first if i can. |

| 19248 | 2001-09-22 13:15:00 | You could try going to to add/remove programs, windows setup tab. And removing it, then removing the files in Program Files\Outlook Express (but not the mail folder). Then reinstall it again. It seems to happen a lot, the only real solution I found is the one you don't want. |
