| 19245 | 2001-09-22 12:36:00 | I cant print colour. I get a message Internal error: colour adjustment methods will not be available. My black ink ran out so I changed font print colour and installed a new colour cartridge but it dosnt print at all. |

| 19246 | 2001-09-22 20:50:00 | This sounds like a default setting problem in your printer setup. Probably the easiest way out is to delete your printer from the printer folder, and reinstall it again. Colour adjustment methods will not work unless you have a canon bjc 4200 icc profile installed. Don't forget the neat tip in pc world about setting up a couple of profiles for the same printer, ie one could be Canon B&W, with the default settings set to black and white only and another Canon colour, with it's defaults set to colour settings. This means you don't have to keep going into the printer properties all of the time to change settings, just click on the printer you want for the job you are doing. | Guest (0) | ||
