Every time I hit the 0 key on my numeric keypad, the dial up window pops up and dials my ISP. If I am already hooked up, it brings up the dial-up box, this happens with programs open or not. Not critical, but it is really annoying! |

If you have one of those keyboards with the programable buttons then prehaps the driver for it has been messed up.
Try uninstalling any related programs / driver and reinstalling them. |

Thanks for the Tip BM, not the issue unfortunately, I'm running Win98 on a '98 Vintage PC Direct PC with a standard keyboard, already looked at all the options I can think of- internet settings, keyboard settings, e-mail settings, dial-up settings, no joy! Can you think of any other possibilities? |
