| 19416 | 2001-09-25 08:15:00 | Can't get into my email because of this error that keep coming up. Have had to reinstall all internet connections etc... also. The problem arose at the same time as all my internet settings all completely disappeared leaving only the shortcuts and connection wizard. Internet up and running but still no mail. | Guest (0) | ||

| 19418 | 2001-09-27 00:01:00 | Hello, I had the same happen to me, on express 5 and 6 and it was caused by my downloading and trying another e-mail program. run the setup wizard for your browser again, (this can be found in program files, internet explorer folder, when the wizard asks for typical install or mimimal, click minimal, and place a tick in outlook express, complete the wizard. good luck. |

| 19419 | 2001-09-27 23:50:00 | Thank You Gary and Bob. I have ended up having to go to Microsoft and downloading I.E. 6 which has updated and found my outlook express. So thankfully can now check my mail after 5 days. Thanks again - this is a great site. Will fav and recommend. |
