19695 2001-09-30 23:49:00 What is the procedure for renewing your virus checker subscription for the Norton Virus program for NZ subscribers. I do not have a credit card so sent Symantec an american bank check which was returned to me saying I had to use a credit card.
I know of at least five people from Seniornet who have Symantec virus checker installed on their machines when they brought them and did't even know that they now have no protection from viruses after 90 days

19699 2001-10-03 09:18:00 Try resetting your PC's date prior to your subscription expiry and try an update. Re-set your date after downloading the new definitions. This might work until you get Symantec to take your money. Guest (0)
