| 19669 | 2001-09-30 05:05:00 | I recently purchased PictureIt photo and print studio but am having trouble with setting default paper sizes. I have set the default paper size on the printer driver to A4 but PictureIt appears to override this and uses 11 x 8.5 inches as the default paper size. As a consequence pictures on cards, etc have the margins in the wrong place for A4 and this causes problems with centralising images. Setting the paper size manually to A4 before printing does not solve the problem. Can someone please tell me how to change the default settings? Thanks. |

| 19670 | 2001-10-03 23:52:00 | What you get often depends what country your P C is set to in Windows. Some machines are set to the default setting USA; but you need to set for New Zealand. Also if you are using the Works Task Launcher you might need to set your word processor language to U K English [not Australian!] You might like to confirm you have corrected the various default settings and locked things in place. |
