| 19627 | 2001-09-29 08:55:00 | Hello I have a word document that is set out for a letter. Every time I need to write one I just have to fill in the blanks. Now, As this is a business template I fill in the same spaces but with different names. My question is, Is there anyway I can give word a list of variables and get it to put them in the correct place? Thanks. Poast a message if yuo want me to clear it up a bit :) |

What you do is create a template letter (like what you already have) and use a database of names. addresses etc to merge with the letters, so that each letter is indivually addressed and relevant to that person.
