19712	2001-10-01 04:22:00	When I boot up my PC it displays yellow/black/grey vertical lines during the process and does the same at close down. The procedure runs OK but I am concerned because it has not always done this. I am running Win ME Has anyone got any answer for this??	Guest (0)

19715	2001-10-02 05:11:00	Do you use any software that tweak your system's display? eg. my friend had the similar problem, but it's because he use a program running in the background to lower his screen refresh rate when setting at high resolution. (he need to do this because his monitor is old and don't support high refresh rates)	Guest (0)
