19581	2001-09-28 12:57:00	I have had trouble with my printer, It will not print a whole document off the internet or microsoft puplisher, it prints about 1/ 3rd then freezes up the computer and I have to reboot . Can any one give me some advice on this?	Guest (0)
19582	2001-09-28 18:59:00	The basics first: Did it always do this? If it has just started doing it, what changed prior to that? Does Word or Notepad print okay? Is it different for graphics than text? Have you downloaded the latest version of the driver from HewlettPackard? Is there any chance you are running out of disk space in the temp directory (probably on C:) Let us know. Rob C	Guest (0)
19583	2001-09-30 03:11:00	Thanks Rob, No the printer has not always done this, It started after I had a new 40GB hard drive put in. When I manage to get it printing it leaves lines through the colours the black printing is fine. I have down loaded the latest version of the driver fromHP no difference. 19584	2001-09-30 03:18:00	Hi Rob, No the printer has not always done this, it started after I got a new 40GB hard drive. Word and notepad print fine. I have down loaded the latest driver version and still no luck. When it does print in colour there are stripes in the colour. I have replaced the ink, could that be faulty?	Guest (0)
