| 19745 | 2001-10-03 01:32:00 | Im am assuming that your CD drives have a small 2 wire cable that runs to your soundcard.This will be why you can play music as this cable is a direct feed for analog sound. The problem could be with the data cable,that is the grey ribbon cable.Make sure that they are firmly seated into the sockets on the back off the CD drives,and check the motherboard connection as well.If this does not fix the problem you might have to replace the ribbon cable. | Guest (0) | ||
