| 20100 | 2001-10-05 00:20:00 | Until this morning I was able to receive and view HTML e-mails on Outlook 97. When I received my mail today the mail came as files which I had to open in IE. Can anyone advise me how to change it back to how it was? This is frustrating as I have searched the help files and the menus to no avail. Thannks |

Try looking at a previous HTML email or get someone to send you one and check to see if it wasn't the sender who had problems? CHeck www.windowsupdate.com Product updates to see if any critical files are missing/out of date. |
