20092	2001-10-04 21:12:00	I share my computer with one other & when I try to import my I.E. favoutites into xtramsn, the following message always occures: 'Organise Favoutites - off line.' My friend has no problem importing their favouites & we do it identically. Why do I get the 'offline' appearing when I am online? & how do I fix it to read just 'Organise Favourites'	Guest (0)
20093	2001-10-05 06:51:00	Are you running the same OS & programs ie5.5 etc, or are you refering to the same PC? Is the saved favourites properties set as Archive or Read Only?	Guest (0)
20094	2001-10-05 23:02:00	Firstly Scotty, thanks for replying. Yes, same OS % 5.5. Yes, same PC. Favourites are accessed at the top of xtramsn home page which has one button push to organise favourites. The problem is that when I'm logged on, it always appears as, 'organise favourites offline'. My friend can, while online bring up 'organise favourites' Sorry to be a bit confussing? Still no success. Awaiting your thoughts.... Ken	Guest (0)
