20018 2001-10-04 08:32:00 If system requirements state windows 95/98 required for running a program, will the program also work for windows ME, or does it sometimes work? and does it do any harm to try? Guest (0)
20019 2001-10-04 08:45:00 maybe, probably, You do have to option with ME to set a system restore point before you install the programme. That way if it all turns to custard you can activate the system restore to the point before you installed and all should be well again..

I think you can find create resore point under start/programs/accessories/system tools

20020 2001-10-04 09:33:00 They are all pratically the same.

There are more differences between 95 & 98 than 98 & ME.

20021 2001-10-04 09:56:00 Won't do any harm at all to try on windows ME. Typically if system requirements don't list Windows ME but do list 95/98, its because ME wasn't available when the software came out.
ME and 98 are practically identical.
