| 20139 | 2001-10-05 10:34:00 | Hey there Bob You may like to also try downloading Tweak UI from PC World's fileworld or from elsewhere on the web. I think it was also on a recent magazine coverdisc. A small program (111kbs zipped) This allows you to adjust many different aspects of your machine without having to adjust the registry. Once downloading it and unzipping it, the trick is to RIGHT click the tweak.inf file and select install. Then when you open your control panel, you will have Tweak UI as an open. Open Tweak and under the IE tab there is an option to 'allow logoff' unticking this will take the LogOff function away from the start menu. If you want more control over your system, install X-Setup from xteq.com GG |
