| 20504 | 2001-10-08 02:47:00 | I have downloaded TweakUI from the October CD and saved files .cnt,.cpl,.inf,.hlp,.GID,.133.exe. What do I do now to operate this programme? For instance if I go to tweakui.cnt I am asked to select a programme to open the file. But which one should I choose? If I select tweakui.cpl it is suggested a Control Panel addition by first loading my Win 98SE disk. I then get a message saying file tweakui.cpl cannot be found. Basically I need instructions on how to start using TweakUI after downloading from the CD. Can someone please help or advise where I might find Assistance. | Guest (0) | ||

| 20506 | 2001-10-08 03:21:00 | Also you can install it by double clicking the cpl file. Windows just thinks the file is on the cd but you just need to browse to where you extracted it .. ie. desktop. Then it will then install and create an icon in the control panel which you can use. |
