| 20378 | 2001-10-06 22:16:00 | In Windows 98 SE, I have used the 'Like Current Window' to apply my folder display settings to all folders. However, these settings are not applied to new folders that I create. From memory, in Win95 you could hold CTRL + ALT + SHIFT while closing a folder and it's settings would be applied to new folders. I've tried this in Win98 but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Any ideas?? Cheers, Greg |

I think I have tried about 20 tmes over the last year or two and I did get it to work for a short time once before it lost the plot again. I'll be watching your post with interest. |
