| 20369 | 2001-10-06 20:54:00 | I'm setting up a new computer and re-entering logins and passwords. One password where Windows 98 asked if I wanted it remembered was incorrect. How do I get Windows to remember the correct password? Thanks. |

If you are refering to the DUN password then typing a new password and pressing connect (after ticking the 'rembember password' box) should replace it with the correct password. If you mean IE's password function then go to tools, internet options, content tab, click the auto complete button, and then clear passwords button. You will have to re-enter all passwords again. |
