| 20394 | 2001-10-07 03:49:00 | I am doing some work for a large club that I belong to andneed to add a block of about 400 member addresses to my Internet Explorer address book. I read in the help that this can be done using a comma delineated text file. I have scanned the adresses as a text file and am currently cleaning and sorting it into a comma delineated text file which I will import into Dbase. This will let me export it in the field order which can be accepted by Address Book. My problem is; What order should the fields be in for address book? Not so much of a problem but it would be helpful if I can keep these addresses separate from my day to day addresses so that I can make bulk mailings. |

For keeping them seperate you could either create a mail group so sending to group would send them all alternatively you could put a asterisk or something similar in the name field so ordering the address list by name would seperate the list from your other contacts/addresses. Hope this helps. Chrs tee-em |
