20763 2001-10-09 20:23:00 I'm running Win 2000 and was wondering what I need to tweak to be able to re-name my 'personal' folder ('Andrew Klinkhamer') in the 'Documents and Settings' directory. If you attempt to re-name it Windows informs you it is a system folder and cannot be moved or re-named. However, if you perform a clean install of the OS this means you have to pick a different name (Windows will append something to your name if you don't) and, er, pedantic as it seems I like using that one.... 20764 2001-10-09 20:46:00 Tweak UI lets you set the location for the folder. Much easier than manaully doing it using the registry. Guest (0)
20765 2001-10-09 21:19:00 Thanks for this, however TweakUI only allows you to move the 'My Documents' folder rather than re-naming the directory 'My Documents' is contained in. Guest (0)
