20730 2001-10-09 09:19:00 Lately when I boot my 98Se I get a window informing me that 'A required DLL file - PNGU 3263.DLL was not found'
I am not sure if my computer is malfunctioning. Any comments? What is this file? Where can I find a replacement file?

20731 2001-10-09 09:32:00 I believe this file is required by RealPlayer. You probably have RealPlayer configured to start when windows does.If the Real Player program doesn't find this file, it will give you the error message you describe. The location of the file should be:
C:\Program Files\Real\RealJukebox\pngu3263.dll if you installed it in the default directory. If you can find this file on your computer, copy it to the above directory. If not, re-install RealPlayer.

Let me know if this helped,
Ryan.

20732 2001-10-10 05:48:00 I have had this happen a couple of times with DLL's
and I get a computer savvy friend to email me the file
as an attachment.

20733 2001-10-13 02:42:00 Thank you Ryan.
I had recently attempted to uninstall RealPlayer.
Since your reply I have deleted all RealPlayer files via Windows Explorer and the window no longer appears when I boot!
Regards Trevor
