21026 2001-10-11 05:44:00 Hi there

Would someone out there know how to add a confidentiality clause to the default message template in outlook 2000? Would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Outlook looks rosey? :-)

21027 2001-10-11 07:19:00 Create a Signature item to be added to the end of every email. I'll try to explain the process here:

Tools > Options.
Click on the 'Mail Format' tab at the top of the new window.
'Signature Picker' should be near the bottom of this window now; click on this, and design your new signature. Click OK, then set the new signature as your default signature (it'll be added to all new emails) and click OK.
Should all be set now. Good luck :)

21028 2001-10-11 07:20:00 To add a confidentiality clause you should create a new signature.

In Outlook 2000 click on Tools. Click Options. In the Options dialogue box, click on the Mail Format Tab. Click on Signature Picker. Click on New and create your Signature.
Select the signature you want to be the default signature, and click the Set as Default button. Click OK in all dialogue boxes.
