I am attempting to set up a dual monitor system under Win ME, using a Compaq 151FS second monitor and an SiS 6326 pci video card (the main card is an AGP NVidia)When I attempt to enable the second monitor and lad a driver for the SiS video card, 'System' tells me that the driver has been disabled by another Windows driver (Codes) and I cannot use the second monitor. How can I fix this or is the SiS card incompatible? |

are you sure that BOTH video cards are multiple display compatible. I believe the SiS card is, but you may need to make sure that the AGP card is, as if its not it'll override the PCI card. |

Thanks for your comment Mike. The primary card is an nVidia GeForce2 MX2D/3D used in a 1.4Gb Athlon PcCompany computer - I presume it is multiple play comaptible - it is one of the latest cards. My original query had a typo - it was code 22 that 'system' reported when saying that a windows driver had disabled the SiS driver |
