20945	2001-10-10 07:27:00	4 weeks back got a virus through E-mail. A friend installed Nortons...... for me,tidy up.....what ever needed doing through Nortons set up. Also what ever was needed done in my computer control panel Since then we have not been able to use Launch Internet Explorer Browser. Can get into Launch outlook express (E- mail) & MSN. Not able to get into my hotmail in Explorer or use on line clips in clip art. I'm new at all this and would very much appreciate your help. cheer's	Guest (0)
20946	2001-10-10 07:46:00	Try repairing your installation of IE. Go to add/remove software under the control panel, select IE and click add/remove, you should be presented with an option to repair IE6. This will restore any missing files or settings.	Guest (0)
