| 1257730 | 2012-02-06 21:17:00 | Going great: 20 kg over last 12 months, 6 kg to go. When the 6 kg is off, I would have "lost" one third of my starting body weight. | ellpow (16400) | ||
| 1257731 | 2012-02-06 21:36:00 | Congratulations. But. Diets don't work. You go back to normal eating and it will all come back. The only way is to have a permanent diet - forever. You adjust your eating and/or exercise, forever. |

| 1257733 | 2012-02-06 23:56:00 | Diets don't work. You go back to normal eating and it will all come back. But the laws of thermodynamics do work: energy is conserved. So if you eat less than what you burn a day, you will lose weight. |

| 1257734 | 2012-02-07 00:04:00 | I was up over 130kg, Changed my diet, lost 10kg rapidly, then had to work damn hard to lose any more, Took up running for a few months but over did it at one session and my legs have never been up to it since. I managed to get down to 110kg but by that time I was doing more weights then cardio and it soon climbed up to 120kg. Gone slack on most of it though I still head out for a cycle a couple of times a week and do some weights. Still got my big gut, lmfao. Just stood on the scales, 115kg today but it fluctuates daily. |
