If it was a bug in v4 it might only happen when some certain conditions are met - ones that did not exist at the time of the upgrade, but which caused the bug later. Lots of people happily go about their business using software with bugs because they never use the software in a way that causes the bugs to appear. Not all software bugs appear all of the time to everyone. That is why debugging some of them is so damn annoying. The upgrade is the only significant thing I can think of that has changed between it working and not working. I don't know for a fact that v4 caused the problem, it's just an idea. Last time I reported this problem they said they fixed it, and it did work for a while, then stuffed up again. |
