| 1257353 | 2012-02-04 21:09:00 | bought an item off trademe last week, the seller said on their feedback that the parcel was in the post on wednesday. it hadn't arrived by yesterday so i emailed them for the track and trace number. they too said it should've arrived by yesterday, and that when they search for the tracking number on courier post's site it came up with "ticket not found" i tried the number and the same result. they also said they sent my parcel and another on the same day, and the other one arrived at its destination. they're gonna ring courier post tomorrow they have tracking stub so how can it not exist according to courier post's site?? |

| 1257354 | 2012-02-04 21:39:00 | Sounds like for whatever reason it never went into the postage system. Assuming they have given you a valid tracking number then it sounds like something is wrong. If it was sent from a Post office then the ticket should be in the system as soon as they pay for it. If they had a courier come and pick it up from their place, who knows what might have happened. |

It arrived ok a day later than I expected but it never showed up on any tracking serv The seller sent it from the post office too so it should have immediately received a scan. |

| 1257357 | 2012-02-04 23:13:00 | If the driver does not scan it as picked up then the next scan should be by the delivery driver as he scans it on board, then as delivered. Normally these are the only 3 scans unless there is a security scan on a depot due to it being left in the depot over night when it should have left. | 1257361 | 2012-02-05 20:26:00 | Since New Year, we have either sent or have received a number of CourierPost Track and Trace items, probably between 30 and 40, only one TrackTrace bag was ever tracked, none of the rest ever showed up in the system and ticking the option to email us when the trace number appeared in the system also never worked. | PinoyKiw (9675) | ||
