1257766 2012-02-09 04:07:00 I fully understand it just a basic energy input/output logic, as long you still get the necessary nutrients/protein.
That's why I'm having a decent meal (proteins) every day, whilst I am getting the weight down.
As far as the juice goes, its a mix of mostly garden veges - (spinach, carrot, celery, cucumber,etc) and some fruits (lemon, apple, pear). The mixture changes to whatever we want to try that day. At my current rate, I'm losing about 0.7~1.0kgs a week, and I feel fine.

I certainly won't live on juice forever, I and wouldn't recommend it either.
Once I have reached a weight I am comfortable with, I will reduce the juice to the occasional time, and just eat
seasonably, like minding my portion size for starters.
It's certainly not for everyone, but it works for me.

Absolutely nothing at all.

Putting on 6 KG's in two weeks isn't something most people do though. I swear I've not changed my diet or exercise (Or lack of it at least), though I could be wrong...
