I'd say 60PPM is at the bottom of full commercial printers (read = $100K plus - that 700PPM printer btw is around $500k).
You'd probably be looking for small business < 20ppm type printers. Probably laser - again it's all volume based. Higher volumes lasers tend to be more economical, lower volumes like < 1 page a day) inkjet.Our 100 ppm printer was shade over 400k from memory, speeds are usually quoted for A4.
