| 1257669 | 2012-02-10 04:44:00 | Thanks Amitregev. I uninstalled Safewallet because I kept on getting warnings from three of my AV and AntiSpyware programs that it contained a virus and spyware. I checked this online and it seemed I wasn't the only one, so I decided to be prudent and remove the risk. Name of the spyware/virus - b*gger, can't remember but will try to find the warnings - although I did clean out everything with CCleaner the other day. sarel |

What AV app are you using? I'll try loading it up and see if I can duplicate the same message when installing SafeWallet - we'll try to investigate some more what is causing this message. Many thanks!! :) |

| 1257672 | 2012-02-13 11:12:00 | Thanks Sarel! :) We've been trying to duplicate this for the last ~2 days without much luck. Basically, I loaded Nod32 and re-installed SafeWallet. I used it across all browsers and it seems like things are playing nicely together. We're also in contact with ESET about this. They asked if we can provide with the error message. I wanted to ask whether you might be able to post a capture of the error message you get? I'd like to forward this to them so they could help us clear SafeWallet from the listing. Many thanks for helping with this! :) |

| 1257674 | 2012-02-13 19:33:00 | Thanks Sarel! :) If you'd still like to try using SafeWallet I'll be glad to send you complimentary licenses for any of the versions you'd like to use! Probably not too much, but the little I can offer in return for your great help & time! I'll be glad to send licenses to any (or all) of our supported platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, webOS and also S60 [although the last two needs some updating..]). Feel free to send me an email about it any time to amit(at)sbsh(dot)net and I'll gladly send you over the details. From our side, I can assure you SafeWallet is in no way a spyware or virus :/ Most of the app components are official signed and the only reason we have an extension to the different browsers (Chrome, Firefox or IE) is for the form-filling implementation. I'm hoping that with your feedback we'll be able to contact back ESET Nod32 team and sort out this mess. Thanks again! |

| 1257675 | 2012-02-14 17:17:00 | Hi Amit, no I can't get the error messages back. I do remember running CCleaner and all my AV's on detecting the problems. CCleaner usually remove everything that's not hammered down. I am willing to try it again, and will run it as I did last time and see what kind of error messages I get. I sent an email. sarel |

| 1257676 | 2012-02-14 19:30:00 | If Nod32 detected something then it will be in the log files. Open Nod32, on the left under tools will be the various logs to select from for various actions performed by Nod. Same will go for the antiMalware programs - they all have logs that can be viewed. |

We're in direct contact with their team and we'll be sure to forward any error message if we find any later on. I also got your email. I'll send you a reply shortly so we can try and find which app was raising the notification message for you. Hoping to get this fixed quickly - thanks! |
