1256998 2012-02-02 05:10:00 Some games like the original DotA would use around 12-15MB per-hour.
The new DotA2 uses around 120MB per-hour

MMO's like LOTRO use around 1.5-2KB/sec (nothing).... So it wildly varies per-game

1256999 2012-02-02 07:07:00 I would have no idea how much MW2 takes up, as with our internet provider (Trustpower Kinect) we have no data cap. We do pay quite a bit for internet, but we get it cheaper due to having our power with them, and we all use the internet lots, so it's great, and it's very decent speed too. goodiesguy (15316)
1257000 2012-02-02 07:40:00 Less than 50MB per hour I believe. Looked it up and saw 36MB mentioned. I recently got rid of my PS3 but went through a phase of using it for 8 hours a day - online with GTA4, RDR and MW2 (the joy of unemployment) and never went over my meagre 10GB monthly cap (EOL), even managed a few film downloads at the end of the month to use it up. Same with WoW, just been playing that during the day, a lot, and it also uses little compared to torrents and such like. 8 hours a day, MW2, mostly online and you still shouldn't get anywhere near 80GB.
Maybe Utorrent set to load on startup? - caught me out before.

1257001 2012-02-02 10:06:00 Youtube is a common culprit, videos eat up bandwidth especially HD ones. Gaming is unlikely to use 80GB. dugimodo (138)
