Daily I update my trial norton 2012 Internet security software and I noticed sometimes the update section has problem say for example update downloads but doesn't get processed or . What causes this to happen , any way to fix it . |

I would uninstall Norton and download something that is not as slow or bloated. You could use MSE or Avira, but I would use Avast. Its free, fast, and pretty good.
But, if you want to keep norton, look for an update manually. |

With norton it doesn't like it when the primary drive (C:\) gets low on disk space - Check that. There is also a walkthrough on deleting items out of the Norton AV temp folder so it forces a redownload of any updates that haven't been applied. Have a search on the norton website. |
