21285	2001-10-13 08:45:00	The sound on mpegs and other movie files is scratchy and grated. Using win98se. Have updated media player. Sounds are also the same on other programs that play media files as well. Any ideas? I have the latest drivers for the Vibra 128 that I am using. CD audio, and other sounds are okay. 21286	2001-10-13 10:11:00	Are these files that previously played well? If not: The files may be of a low bitrate. If yes: Make sure there are no 'sound-altering' programs (eg, pitch changers, chorus, etc.).	Guest (0)
