| 21236 | 2001-10-13 04:41:00 | I bought a 1000 Mhz computer with 256 Mb RAM and a fast hard drive. Onto that I installed Pinnacle DV version 7 (the upgrade to DV). It worked pretty well until near the end of my 14-minute project, selecting any of the last three files on the timeline caused an illegal operation. DLL was in there somewhere. So I copied and pasted the low-quality 'program' to a new file and recovered. That's the first problem. The second is that when playing the high-quality, edited movie to tape, frequently the whole shebang freezes and I have to reset and start playing out again. Not even a control-alt-delete lets me recover. All hangers-on have been shut down--virus check, firewall, network. No other programs running at the time. Squeaky clean. Any ideas? Especially from people with experience of this program. | Guest (0) | ||
