21452 2001-10-14 23:43:00 Having recently loaded IE6 from the PC World CD (an otherwise happy experience), I've found that the FreeCell card game now doesn't work properly. I've tried reloading it from the Windows disc, but no joy. Any suggestions? Guest (0)
21453 2001-10-15 03:50:00 Go into add/remove programs, and 'windows setup', remove the tick in the box 'games' and then let windows remove it. Then put the tick in the box again. Guest (0)
21454 2001-10-15 07:36:00 Thanks for your reply and suggested fix, but it didn't solve the problem. The game still works after a fashion, but the graphics are affected (there's an odd scatter of cards left in the upper left freecells after use), some aspects of the gameplay are now impossible, and many of the menu options (including saving your score) have become inaccessible. It's odd that IE6 seems to affected it and nothing else (that I can see yet). Guest (0)
