I cannot get the disc supplied with this months issue of PC World to open properly. Tried two computers but both refuse to open to the contents. Have had two other previous discs repaced. Please advise. |

If you send it back to PCWorld they should be able to provide you with another copy. |

What is the success rate for replacements? If it is something manufactured in, rather than transit damage? The CDs would be produced in one production run. Years ago,I found with two Australian magazines, published by the same company,I could read the CDs from one; the other could not be read. |
