| 21546 | 2001-10-15 23:46:00 | Mr. Cruickshank, thanks for your advice about getting Hotsync to detect serial and not USB. I assumed that if the local port was COM1 that that was it, and then I clicked on the Hotsync icon in the systems tray and that's where I should have changed it to serial, not USB. Need to deal with Palm about this - I don't think there's any other way of accessing this other than systray, and it should be in Palm Desktop itself under Hotsync - Setup.
