| 21876 | 2001-10-18 23:14:00 | I have a digital video cam and want to write video to CD.Can anyone suggest a way of compressing the video size so I can get a reasonable amount onto a CD ? I am using MGI videowave. Thanks Brendon. |

It also depends a great deal on the quality at which you record it, but even at a very high quality, you should be able to fit about 60-90 min of video onto one CD. I dont know what format your program saves the video to, but I would guess it should have an option to save to MPeg. Go to www.divx-digest.com you should be able to find an MPEG - DivX conversion utility, they are pretty common nowadays. |
