Hello!
I'm having problems getting my October PC-World CD to work. The CD-ROM's light and the HD light go on full time and nothing happens. If I look in the event Viewer under Admin tools in Windows XP I see a bunch of errors related to reading the CD. It does the same thing on our 2nd PC which runs Win Me. Is this a fault with the CD or the CD-ROM drives? If it is a problem with the CD, is it possible to get a replacement? Thanks for any help. |

Hi Matthew. Contact the PC World folks at 0800 IDG SUB or email subscriptions@idg.co.nz and ask them to replace it for you. |

Yeah, this is definately a faulty disc, many people have posted the exact same problem here - even I have trouble with the disc. |

Yes, I had to ring the 0800 number to get a replacment CD in June. My September CD is also a pain to start up but loads eventually. |
