| 21832 | 2001-10-18 07:09:00 | When I click on the IE and OE Quickstart icons on the taskbar I now get a message asking me to check the server details. These appear to be correct but the programs will not launch. The only way I can access the internet is by clicking the 'Connect to The Internet' shortcut icon on the desktop. I have reloaded Win 98 without success. Can anyone help please. Roly Duff |

Try creating your own connection, by going to my computer, and then dial-up connections, and double click 'create new connection', you will need the phone number of your ISP's phone number. |
