| 22085 | 2001-10-20 12:25:00 | I have a relatively new Packard Bell, and would like to upgrade the RAM to either 128 or 256 MB.... How do I find out what type of RAM module is installed in my PC, and what would be a compatible replacement | Guest (0) | ||

Its almost certanly uses SDRAM with is very cheap right now and is sold everywhere. But, if its a Pentium 4 it needs RDRAM (expensive). Its very unlikley it has DDR ram as OEM computers aren't really performance machines. Check your warranty before you go installing any RAM as it will probably void it if you install it yourself. |
