22369	2001-10-23 08:13:00	Whenever I open a new web page they has started to open minimised. This has only started happening over the last couple of days and is infuriating me as if i have another page open I cant see the new page. The bar that opens is about 2' long and about 1/4' thick and pops up anywhere on the screen. I cannot find any answers to correct this. I am running IE5.5 with windows 98 and had not changed any settings before this started to happen. Windows opens normally.	Guest (0)
22370	2001-10-23 08:27:00	...there are a number of ways to correct your annoyance but the following is the most simple: First, adjust the size of your Window to what you prefer it opening as. Second, close the window - using the 'Close' button on the File menu. This will establish your default setting. This trick should work in all versions of Internet Explorer. Cheers !!! e_	Guest (0)
