22276	2001-10-22 10:39:00	Lately I have been finding to my disappointment that some people are replying to postings with 'opinions' rather than actual help? If you are not sure about what you are replying to then please leave your response for something that you are familiar with. There is nothing more frustrating than submitting a post to help with a problem and finding that the reply in your email box is nothing short of garbage. There may well be others with the same problems that need genuine help, so please... think before responding as this will help everyone. Thank you.	Guest (0)
22277	2001-10-22 20:12:00	I see your viewpoint, it would be nice for all answers to be a short one line precise solution, but often there is no one easy answer, operating systems and their interaction with numerous programs and hardware is just so complex. Everyone responding has different skill levels, in the same way as questions range from the ridiculous to the esoteric. Press F1 says it is a forum to help one help oneself, so even an opinion could help stimulate some thought towards arriving at a solution, even though it may be somewhat irritating not to be given a real answer. Inverting the posting a bit, why dont more people just go out and buy a book to help them drive their computer? Bring back manuals!! Cheers	Guest (0)
