| 22365 | 2001-10-23 08:07:00 | Whenever I open a new web page they has started to open minimised. This has only started happening over the last couple of days and is infuriating me as if i have another page open I cant see the new page. The bar that opens is about 2' long and about 1/4' thick and pops up anywhere on the screen. I cannot find any answers to correct this. I am running IE5.5 with windows 98 and had not changed any settings before this started to happen. Windows opens normally. |
