| 22231 | 2001-10-22 02:35:00 | I have set up Internet Connection Sharing on my home LAN. Both the gateway and client PCs run W98 SE. When I start IE (5.5) from the client PC, the modem in the gateway PC dials up OK and establishes a connection. But before it completes the connection I already get a 'Cannot find Server or DNS error' on the client PC. When I then press Refresh on the client PC it connects OK. This must be a timing issue. Is there a setting I can change on the client PC to prevent this minor nuisance from occurring ? | Guest (0) | ||
